The journey starts here

November 12, 2024

At the end of the day, we're designing experiences.

At the end of the day, we're designing experiences. Each with its own unique tone, characteristics and forms of involvement. A frame is not just a drawing or a 3D image of a space, made to be beautiful - for the eyes of the beholder, of course. It's the result, but not necessarily the whole process. It's a challenge for a house or a company, as each one is different.
When approaching a project, it's essential to keep up with trends. Because a space will always try to create a better experience according to the needs or desires of each client. And when we talk about trends, it's not just about a hashtag, but about the technology that makes the experience go further.
Visiting design, construction, decoration, equipment, product and service fairs is a way of meeting up with familiar faces, from partners to clients. But that's just one aspect.
One thing is certain: it's becoming more demanding to provide an experience of excellence. There is a trend towards personalisation, not just in the sense of trend or luxury, but in terms of care: companies that care about their customers. And care has many dimensions: it can range from a specific piece of art that can change from room to room, which creates a specific atmosphere that will enhance the customer experience.

But we can go further. There is also a sensory side to this experience that continues to be explored. And this can be done with small details or bold choices that go beyond what we normally associate with homes, offices, shops, hotels or restaurants: personal care. It could be a scent or an over-the-top shower cream. As with all the design projects we come across on a daily basis, it's the people who matter, so the focus is on what will make them feel comfortable and special.
Each journey is detailed and it's easy to describe every aspect of what's on display, from the panelling to the top-quality furniture. But today there's one thing that catches our eye: sustainable raw materials. Products made from composite and recycled fabrics. It's a detail, but it shows how far the industry has come in taking sustainability measures. The big, obvious things are important, but so are the details.
Innovation is constant. Instead of writing everything down, we'll show everything in every project we share in the future. Allowing you to see how industry trends can be applied to your home or business, making it the place that welcomes you, every day of the week.
